Hey, if you need help posting art, I could help! :D
It's really simple actually.
See, whenever your on Newgrounds and your logged in, you can look at the top right corner of your screen and see a few icons.
The one all the way on the left with the arrow is the upload button.
Once you click it, it will list all kinds of things that you can upload!
If you are posting art though, you should just tap or click on the "Art" section.
Once you make it there, you will be given spaces for the title of your art, a space to insert it, a little space for the thumbnail, and sections to rate your art depending on the type it is (if it has profanity or nudity or anything like that).
The next big section is called commentary, which is basically where you add a bio to your art, and add links or extra pictures.
Everything else below that it asking you if you want to use your art for commercial purposes and if you want people to take your art and add on to it or edit it, or redraw it! It's entirely up to you! :3
This may seem like a lot, but when you get used to it, it breezes by!
